Refund & Cancellation

Refund Policy:
a. Full Refund: A full refund will be provided if the customer cancels their booking at Relax Adventure Resort at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
b. Partial Refund: If the customer cancels their booking between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled arrival date, a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
c. No Refund: If the customer cancels their booking within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date or fails to show up, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellation by the Customer: Customers can cancel their booking at any time, but the following rules apply regarding refunds (as mentioned above in the refund policy).
b. Cancellation by Relax Adventure Resort: In the unlikely event that Relax Adventure Resort has to cancel a customer’s booking due to unforeseen circumstances or any other reason, a full refund will be provided to the customer. The resort will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer as soon as possible about the cancellation and provide suitable alternative options, if available.

Change of Reservation:
a. Change by the Customer: Customers can request changes to their reservation, such as modifying the dates or the number of guests, subject to availability and applicable charges.
b. Change by Relax Adventure Resort: Relax Adventure Resort reserves the right to change or modify a customer’s reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances or any other reason. The resort will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer about such changes and provide suitable alternatives, if available.

Process for Requesting Refunds or Cancellations:
a. Customers must submit their refund or cancellation requests in writing, either by email or by contacting Relax Adventure Resort’s customer service.
b. The request should include the booking details, such as the reservation number, customer name, and arrival date.
c. Relax Adventure Resort will process the refund or cancellation request within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the customer via email or phone.

Note: It’s important for customers to review the specific terms and conditions of their booking at Relax Adventure Resort, as certain promotions, packages, or special offers may have different refund and cancellation policies. These policies are subject to change at the discretion of Relax Adventure Resort, and any updates will be communicated to customers accordingly.

 

Rules:


1. No room service will be provided.
2. Charges will be according to the confirmation voucher and no discount will be given for absent
person.
3. Extra person will be charged according to Confirmation Voucher.
4. Swimming and boating at your own risk.
5. We serve both veg and non–veg food in the form of a buffet.
6. Entry to the resort is allowed once the entire/ balanced amount is paid before check-in at the
counter which will be non-refundable.
7. Soft drinks will be at an extra cost which has to be paid at the restaurant counter.
8. Driver’s charges will be 1000/- extra in which only meals will be included.
9. Timely check-in and check-out.
10. Hi tea, dinner, breakfast, and lunch if missed will not be compensated.
11. Extra stay of 500/- per hour will be charged for a room/tent according to availability.
12. Extra stay of 750/- per hour will be charged for the dormitory/ bungalow according to availability.
13. Please be informed the balance is payable IN CASH since we do not have any credit-card facility
on-site and ON ARRIVAL, not at the time of check-out. Only the extra charges that you incur for
additional food, beverages, utilization of paid activities, breakages, corkage, etc. will be collected
during your stay or at the time of check-out, as per the convenience of the organization. All other
extra food/ beverage costs and services will be at actuals.
14. Outside food (like snacks, food) is not allowed.
15. All person bags luggage and other belongings will be checked by security at the entry point.
16. Please take care of all your belonging like your Wallet, Mobile, Sunglasses, etc. Management is not
responsible for any losses.
17. Weapons are strictly prohibited inside the resort.
18. Immoral Human Trafficking is prohibited.
19. Alcoholic Drinks and smoking is not allowed on restaurant premises and open area.
20. Non-availability of alcohol and cigarettes at the resort.
21. Disposable glasses will be provided with ice for alcohol.
22. Intoxicated or other controlled substances like (Drugs, Ganjas, Heroine, hukkah, etc.) are
prohibited.
23. Please provide valuable feedback, if not received the feedback form, ask at the counter.
24. No money will be returned or discounted in case of any technical failures.
25. Any damage to the property or property belongings will be payable.
26. Being a Holiday Home, the bandwidth of the staff is limited but we will do whatever is possible
to ensure your comfort. A minimal variety of a la carte food can be ordered and paid directly.
27. Please note that there would not be any reduction/refund in the specified charges should any/ all
guest/s that you booked not show up. The booking amount is not refundable under
the circumstances; it will not be adjusted against any future bookings too. The Balance payable will
not change, under any circumstances, if you decide to reduce the number of guests or days or
any other arrangement to suit your convenience.
28. Late-Night Party Policy – In case you plan to have a late-night party, our staff will be available till
10.30 p.m. without any extra cost. Their services can be availed after 10.30 p.m. at an extra cost.
For every 8 guests, one staff is provided. The charges for each staff will be Rs. 100 per 30-
minutes from 10.30 p.m. till midnight, Rs. 200 per 30 minutes from mid-night till 1.30 am, Rs. 500
per 30 minutes from 1.30 a.m. till 3 a.m. and Rs.1000 per 30 minutes after that.
